Jennifer Duchene and Gina Carroll, the creative forces behind Lift Your Spirits, believe that changing your home enhances your life. And their education and experiences have given them the tools to face the challenge.

Jennifer completed the FIDER accredited Interior and Environmental Design Program at UCLA. She is also a member of the IRIS national Board of Directors, and the founder and President of the Bay Area Redesigners chapter.
 

Gina has a Master’s Degree in Education and a BA in Philosophy and English. She was sole proprietor of a successful high tech advertising agency for ten years and spent many years as an elementary school teacher. In addition, she is qualified as a foster parent respite provider for at-risk foster infants.

Both are Certified by the Interior Redesign Industry Specialists as Interior Redesigners and Home Stagers. Additionally, they are among the first wave of Dewey Certified Color Consultants in California.
